Might work on other printers, not sure of their setup

The Stock extruder motor (42-40) has a bit more torque than the Y stock (42-32) so if you ever experienced Y skips this will help, otherwise not really a needed upgrade.

The stock Y mount won't work with a larger motor as it will hit the bed frame, so needed a slimmer one.
The pulley will need to be installed the other way around, teeth closer to the motor.

On stock printer board you will need to up the voltage to 1.38 - 1.4v - on klipper with a aftermarket board set the current to about 0.8~0.9 amp

you will need a GT2 Pulley 20T - 5mm bore, as the stock is press fitted.

Print in PETG, high infill, a small print support on the edge will help a lot for a cleaner inside.

This is a tweaked version of my original model, can probably still be improved for a better print, but in practice it works well.

Note: not needed if doing my single Y linear rail upgrade, as it raises the build plate enough to clear the motor

Printed this one however I am missing is there cap for it? and I guess for 3pro I need to have different endstop mount

this one is meant for ender3v2 (don't know how the 3pro is) and reuse the stock cap which integrate the end stop mount. Otherwise you can print the other one (https://www.patreon.com/posts/48mm-motor-on-y-73082623) which will work for any motor up to 48mm long and has a printable endstop mount

Yeah, now I see this one won't fit. It needs shorter by a few cm belt and belt is a bit close to profile to my liking. But should work for one print. Obviously I can't use stock endstop so I used old z endstop, fits well. I chose this one because I use 40mm motor. Then I shall reprint the other one :D btw somehow 20T doesn't fit well, not sure are mine are longer

Used it for a week and seems like it removed Y VFA I was seeing. Reprinted another your 48mm mount will see how it behaves
