"There she is", not "there is she". "Where are they now" is a question, even if rhetorical, so it should end in a question mark (?). "These CCTV magic is junk" has conflicting plurality. "These" implies *multiple* instances of the magic, but "is" implies a single instance. You want either "This CCTV magic is junk", or "These CCTV magic are junk". For the latter, I'd probably make "magic" plural as well, through that's somewhat arguable ("These CCTV magics are junk"). "How did you get here", not "How can you get here". People generally use contractions in spoken language, so "It's only me" is more natural sounding then "there is only me". "We better start from this way" just sounds.... odd. "Let's go this way" or "let's start looking this way" sound more natural.
