New reboot on January... (Patreon)

As a new rule on patreon Term of Use and for the most benefit of all Patreon. I will condiser the new reward of all tier. Which I don't exactly know what might be change. (must read the Patreon rules again)

According to the new Patreon's rules... Raffle system might not be available anymore Starting "Today" (No December Raffle). I will figure the best solution for us all.
