They're from Jim Kwik. The most effective questions you have to ask yourself when learning new things which I found it's the same as the principle of high order learning from Bloom's taxonomy. "Evaluate", "Analyze" and "Apply"

I don't think it's coincident. Geniuses found them long ago. But they might not realize it's the same thing which is called in a different name.
