Long story short : Last week I worked as a co-director of a music video. I worked with very talented persons. And everyone tried their best to help each other.

Everything should be great.......but in the end......It's chaos. Why did that happen?

It's about "Miscommunication" So, everyone did their best in the way they think it's correct.

Without confirming or telling each other about the reason for what they did. In the end, the work was in a completely wrong direction and the project is going to fail.

It's no one false, but in the end, they blamed each other because they think the other didn't do anything right.

But I saw everything. Everyone did their part perfectly. Only just the result is not what the others want and the time and afford are completely wasted.

this taught me one big thing. "Communication" is necessary. If you try to do something for someone without let them know, be prepare to be blamed for doing nothing.
