I brought a new Surface Pro 7 today but... (Patreon)

Because my last Surface is broken. I have to buy it today. But after I tested something...

I can't stream......or can't work on Blender either.....and some lagging on Clip studio, because of an unknown problem, every time I open the streaming program and some graphic.....it lags.....a lot.

as my first assumption, I guess it's an "Intel IRIS graphic" driver......which I can't update it. And window update still have only "August 2019 driver version" even I click the update today Jan 2020...

Anyone has encountered the same problem as I have? Might need a suggestion.
