“Miss Eliza” aka “Misfortune” is a knockoff villain from Metal Gear Solid 2 female villain beauty, Lady Luck.

In peoples eyes Eliza is a young adorable clumsy girl with a sparkly personality that shines with positivity. But what people don´t know is that under the cute girl surface is a evil deviant woman. Eliza is actually an adult woman over her twenties with a foul mouthed personality and were born cursed with two things that made her life miserable. She were born with a short childlike 10-12 year old body that makes her look like a cute loli girl. Second was that Eliza was born under a odd star and were gifted with an passive ability called "Star of Misfortune". This ability of hers not only make her suffer through series of bad luck, but also anyone else that´s near her gets affected and end up with some bad luck experience as well.

Eliza´s life was hard forced to live in a body that doesn´t age passed 10 years old and often people stares at her cute appearance thinnking she is adorable. Not to mention her passive "Star of Misfortune" ability that haunts her with bad luck along the way. Then one day an small evil organization group approached her thinking that her unike ability would be useful to cause problems for their targets. Eliza accepted and became a member in the group utilizing both her cuteness and bad luck to fool people with a fake adorable personality and bring them misery with her bad luck, becoming the cute villain "Misfortune"!
