If this tree is the source of magic then you could call it the 'Magic Genesis Tree' or 'The Magic Source Tree." But if it is a tree that embodies 'script magic,' Levey's magic, then it's fine. In that case the last line should be "The place where any magic can be written." But if anyone can use it, it should be "The place where any magic spell can cast."
