New Rule starting in March (Patreon)

I'm only implementing this because unfortunately, this keeps happening. I keep receiving monthly requests a week or less before the end of the month. It's not feasible and it delays me in the month after that with other peoples' requests as well.

So starting next month All monthly requests MUST be submitted by the exact middle of the month, no later.

this is to keep things fair and give me actual time to work on your content. Thanks for understanding.
