• A) via HSPE advanced mode you can adress bones and readjust them to your liking/need, in case a specific size and/or position causes clipping or such. can also be helpful with animations too. search terms; skirt, chain
  ↪ check this 🔷 beautiful tutorial 🔷(publicly visible) on how to fix/avoid dynamic-cloth clipping or over- & under extending depending on waist/hip ratio
  ↪ adjust dynamic values to your needs, if needed
  ↪ ❗the sitting pose from the preview pictures I achieved by deactivating the skirt dynamics and adjusting their bones separately via HSPE, takes time but is doable
