Cho Taesin is his boss. -The bald guy who stabbed Motak. He's the head of the gangsters and that demolition company. He's also the younger brother of glasses guy. -The level 3's Dad who owns that junkyard and restaurant. He's basically using his adopted son to do the dirty jobs for them. Their 2nd boss, the one in the wheelchair who died basically owned that land they wanted to build that park on. About your question at the start of the episode, your theory was right that Somun was just using his dad's sim card. That was just to show Motak that Somun was indeed So Gwon's son. So far we know that there are two level 3 devils: the bald guy who reached level 3 while ago and the woman who just reached level 3 Level 3 is actually very strong In episode 2 they were talk about each counters strength and Mo Tak was described as strong as h*ll which was why he was easily knocked out the devil woman (and she just reached level 3 and fought with the two counters before Mo Tak)
