I always thought that part was so funny as well. Olive oil, or any cooking oil is literally made so that it DOESN'T catch fire. If it did, it would be so dangerous to use when cooking and you'd never be able to make anything. A lot of cooking oil is made to be used up to 400-500 degrees without burning. That always stood out to me from the moment they picked the oil up at the store. I do think that the Nevis Swing looks like fun. I've always wanted to try Skydiving, because I feel like that's about the closest I coyod ever come to experiencing what it feels like to be a bird. And that swing seems pretty close. But if I ever found myself in a situation where I had the opportunity, I'm not really sure if I would actually be brave enough to follow through with it. I'd like to think I wouldn't chicken out, but you never know unless you try.
