The game you were confused with was basically an initial consonant quiz. Korean is written in syllable groups, and every syllable starts with a consonant, even if it is a silent one. So they took a line of lyrics and took away everything but the first consonant of each syllable. They had to try and recognize the words based only on that. I kind of want to give you a list of the most frequent mini-games that come up in Run BTS and their rules. Not any of the games that are main themes of the episodes, but a lot of small games come up very frequently in multiple episodes. Things like the many variations of Rock Paper Scissors (like Minus one and Muk Jji Bba), 007 Bang, and the various Korean word/letter games they play. Sometimes the subtitles either don't explain those well or just assume the viewer knows how to play already. It might be a good reference for many later episodes, as they will come up very, VERY frequently. Just a thought, if you want...
