I have lot of artists I work with who put her high in their list, but I'm not really confident that she's popular enough to make a funding work, thus why I prefer to ask you.

Two possibilities:
Either with her husband, Dr Doppler
At least we know for a fact they did it, haha!
Alas, the poor dude isn't that appealing visually. I could focus the visual mainly on her, but where would be the love between two people if we show just one?
 

Or in a girl x girl stuff long before she met her husband. But you told me you're not really into lesbian stuff. I just can't imagine her with another guy than Doppler, even before they met.
Who would be the girl? Ah, it's an official character but it's not Jim's mom (even if she's really pretty too).
