So, I have been agonizing over an important point in the story and that is Phenex' and Daenerys' relationship.

She is now at that age where her interest and desires as a woman start to awaken, and obviously she has a crush on Phenex.

He is pretty much her knight in shining armor and the one she looks up to the most, but I find it difficult to bring them together.

Well, actually I don't know how I feel about them.

I can't really decide which direction their relationship is going to take, so I thought I should ask you: Should they end up together, or not?


As always these polls are solely so that I can get some direction or inspiration and I can't really promise that I will follow the outcome. I just helps me greatly sometimes to get fell for what you think, so don't hesitate to vote and/or leave a comment.

Who else is capable of taming her or catching Daenerys attention? Phenex has been the only male she has been thinking about since the moment he saved her. Phenex brought her mother back. Brought her nephew(Jon), who now is a brother to her. He trained her and is helping her become an invincible woman. He has given her love and attention since they met. And, he gave her a f***ing dragon. They have bonded physically, mentally, and spiritually. All that is left is to enjoy themselves in their carnal desires

That's kinda the issue, I find myself unable to deal with. There are some reasons not to pair her Daenerys up with Phenex, but the question then is who should she be with and I do not see anybody that could be what she needs and wants excepts for Phenex.

I agree that the pairing of Fenix ​​and Daenerys would be perfect in this story. This is because her personality (at least in the television series), is that of a strong woman who carries too many burdens due to all the tragedies she and her dead family had to go through. Now, the new youthful facet of Daenerys that is presented in this story gives me the feeling that she allows herself to be vulnerable because she has both paternal figures in her life, fenix already said it before when she saw her look, she needed her mother alive. Her personality can develop equally strong for the outside, and only with her family would she allow herself to be vulnerable, at least that's how I see it. The newly acquired maturity coupled with the need for an idol to follow could play a key role in his infatuation. I hope I have helped with my perception of the characters, and thanks for continuing with such a great story!

Yeah the main difference between this Daenerys and her canon version it that she is simply free to be herself, instead of being brainwashed all her life to fight for the Iron Throne and fanatically going after it, even at the expense of her own happiness. Daenerys grew up under Phenex' and her mother's care to be her own person, but she isn't shackled by pointless pursuits. On the other hand, Phenex has left such a huge mark i her heart ever since she was little, that's damn near impossible for her to be with someone else. He is the one she looks to for guidance and care, above all else. It's very complex like most human interaction are and their lives are so intricately linked that seperation is not really an option, not truly anyway. Also, great many thanks for the comment, it really helps me see if I managed to convey my characters accurately and how they are viewed from a third perspective, which is a great help!
