I know you're confused about Jay and why he didn't make it so I'll give you some insight. He didn't have many Korean fans bc he is a foreigner and unlike the other foreigners he's half white and part Filipino so that didn't play in his favor. The global fans loved him in the beginning (he also had a good tiktok following before) but stuff/rumors about him and his friends started to come out (racism and just saying weird things on discord) so his ranking started to drop.

I dropped the show at ep 5 bc I thought ricky and keita werent gonna make it lolI but I ended watching the rest with you. I love the final line up so much and all their variety content is so fucking good. The music is also great so far. I think the last time I truly liked a group like this out of a survival show was Ikon and monsta x. You're gonna love all the content they dropped

I fear jelly pop stage was the best thing to come out of BP! I really wish they’d showcased Junhyeon’s vocals in the show more cause he’s one of their top vocalists. Everyone shined so much too! Also I hope you watch their KStarNextDoor variety content too, some of the members who couldn’t shine much vocally in the show did so well there! Hot Summer did so great too! Taerae is an icon. Out of all the people I voted for from the first voting to the last the only ones who made it in the group were Taerae and Matthew so I was kind of salty for the first week or so cause of Keita Jay and Junhyeon but I got over it quick though. The group is so great and honestly any combination of the top 18 would’ve been cool with me.

zb1 is honestly the best survival show debut group lineup I’ve seen in a long time. ngl I didn’t expect much from a mnet produced group bc I was never a fan of the music that the past ones had, but with zb1 i personally love the concept they went for with their debut album and their sound. so excited to see how far they’ll go and to see them in concert one day

lmaooo i think they were rushing at the end because there's this thing in korea where underage people can't be on TV after a certain time so they were trying to hurry up and announce Yujin. (idk i saw this on twitter) also we can't blame the announcers for taking so long to announce because the people behind the cameras cue when the announcers should say their next prompt 😭

I didn't watch this show while it was airing because I've had enough heartbreaks from mnet survival shows lmao. I enjoyed watching it with you :) Knowing the final lineup beforehand I wasn't really attached to anyone but after sticking to watching all the episodes I think this lineup was very well balanced so I am very much satisfied.

The boys planet news keeps coming out everyday by the way looks like we're getting another group with Haruto, Anthonny, Takuto and Yuto. Seems like it will be a Japan focus group but I really hope they promote in Korea too only because I feel like Japanese groups are underrated by the Kpop fandom even if they're just as good. Also I still think it's probably too early for Takuto he has personality but he needs like two more years of training.
