Okay, so this time, I spent quite a while trying to work out how to make the daily work thing fun. Some things were said about making it a clicker game or a timing based thing. This version is something more akin to Runescape. Click on a rock, you smack it, it disappears, you get stuff.

At the moment, the only things these rocks can disgorge is stone, or ferrous stone. The stone will net you 5 gold at the end of the day, and the ferrous stone will get you 10. Before, the way that it worked was just you get 15 gold at the end of the day, but I feel like this allows there to be a little bit of a gamble. It is also totally possible with this system to just leave without doing anything, but I may do something with there being a chance of getting caught. 

I also like the idea of having your skill at mining level up as the game goes by and you get more difficult tasks, like manning the smelter. Or possibly having success at mining stuff be governed by your Strength stat. Higher strength, higher chance of getting better stuff.

I'm not sure about anything here yet, as this bit of the game has gone through several different iterations just this week, so I might end up altering it again if I'm not happy with it still. 

Another thing I should tell you is that school is starting in earnest now, so the amount of new content in these updates will probably be smaller. It's not too hard to put one out every week, but don't expect huge news of new quests or the like.

I guess what you could also do with this system is you could put in a couple of the girls in these areas and you might find them being lazy and you have to do their work, and maybe have some way of making the work harder for someone else. That way the punishment system isn't relying on RNG. But thats just an idea, you do it however you feel is best for the game and the best for you.

That is an option, but I'm still trying to figure out how Jen's enforcer spankings will fit into this. I was thinking about maybe skipping out on work entirely, or doing the wrong work would result in it. Then I could make it so that in the mines, you can slack off somehow or do your work, with the NPC you are with doing one of the two randomly. Maybe if you both slack off, Jen intervenes. I dunno, like I said, I went through a bunch of iterations of this to try and find one that I liked. Good news is that once I find one I like, I can use the same template for all of the other types of work.

Looking good, I know it would be time consuming to build any kind of mini game into RPG maker, and this is a nice touch. I like the idea that the more you do work, the better you get at it, and the better you get at striking the better ore. Guess it only makes sense that you would get stronger working like a slave. I think as before Jen should do enforcement if you do the wrong work, and if you do no work (just walk out). I could definitely see the other girls getting mad at you if you did less than a certain amount of work (clicks or gold value) so although Jen may not enforce you’re doing only one rock, your coworkers may not be as forgiving. Random events could also be skewed depending on amount of work done. Alternately certain events may be available on the map, but doing them might compromise the amount of work you can do. Ultimately it is your game; we might toss out ideas, but make the game you want.
