Blackwarren Citizens Done! (Patreon)

Continuing work on Blackwarren today, and now all of the citizens are in, but something strange is afoot! Coming in the next couple of days will be the rest of the quest, and then behaviors for the citizens after they are not subject to whatever weirdness they are under when you get there.
