From what I can see your definition refers to a scientific strategy of thought but it can also be used to refer to a financial/resources strategy. So yah, you're both right? Don't you just love context!

The whole "mysterious ways" argument drives me batty. Yeah, it would make perfect sense that a tri-omni gawd would do lots if stuff that didn't make immediate sense. But most stuff would because logic, and most of the rest would become clear over time S events unfolded and we gained more insight. Instead we get a situation where almost nothing we know about the universe or ourselves makes logical sense if such a gawd exists. Mysterious ways my lily white arse.
