You mean we aren't your boss? :) If this just helps one person then it's worth it. I'm glad I didn't get involved in this sort of thing. I looked into it once years ago but being something of an Introvert I quickly saw it wasn't for me.

I can picture a place with 50% turnover in the first year. I work at one but once you learn to give 0 fucks it's no half bad. Tho I can't be sure of the turnover rate as Im not high enough to get that info I just know the rate at which I see new faces and faces dissappear
