hussam abdelalim

good point with the color there, but the Middle East is not a monolith it takes place in multiple climates and is the most traveled (and colonized) historically so there is a lot of DNA swimming around there. Specifically, people in Arabian countries mostly have dark hair and surprisingly light skin it is just we have melanin that is reactive rather than born with a certain color of skin, so exposure, as well as your DNA, will determine your level of color, also women will mostly be much lighter skinned and in fact lacking in vitamin D for religious reasons (wearing hijab and covering up mostly when outside). let's just say we have built-in tanning oil, that is true for the GCC countries as I live in the UAE. as an Egyptian though, we are more of a "melting pot" of races, for F's sake we have gingers and some require sunscreen :), actually have you seen a black person with curly blond hair who was not an albino, I have still very uncommon, and we don't really care enough to track the heritage of everyone for multiple generations, not to say there is no discrimination, just not systemic.

Yasopp doesn't have a long nose, but Usopp does. Just assume it's the mom. Vivi probably looks more like her.
