Late to the party and I know yall have moved forward past but Ilus at this point us a microcosm of the system as a whole. Belter/RCE squabbles while the world falls apart around them felt like an analog to earth politics and martian as well as better societies adjusting to the new norm while something bigger us brewing all around them. Like season one where everything was a mystery, you had to pay attention to the details from thread to thread and see their interconnections as the season unfolded.

I've always seen Bobby as being very loyal, and her loyalty used to be to Mars until it fucked her over and over again. Not having that loyalty tether has sent her into a bit of a spiral, and coupled with her desire to be useful and be able to use her skills, the life of crime was just a perfect storm.
