Oda does this thing with most chapters, where the chapter's title page will have a frame depicting what is happening elsewhere in the world with characters we've met, and over the course of many chapters, these can form a narrative. The anime adaptation of the manga sometimes takes these string of frames and make them their own episodes. Some don't get animated, like Johnny and Yosaku, who end up living in Cocoyashi village permanently and become seasoned fishermen.
