It's really cool to me how laid back, down to earth and genuinely sweet they both seem to be. I really liked to hear about their music taste and dorm life, wish they would have talked more about trainee days and maybe how they grew up but maybe they can come back on and talk more about it! This was a while ago after all but I enjoyed it so much, they're both so lovable 🥰

Soobin is friends with a member from the boyz I think his name is Q? (Sorry I don’t know any of their names so I had to search for it) Also their trainee stories make most MOA sad. We like hearing about them since we wanna know but just the other day they were on Weverse live talking about some of the things they went through and it sounded horrible. A good experience from their pre debut days that you can watch is Talk x Today season 0. It goes over their trip to the US to learn dance. They start having writing credits during The Dream Chapter Magic with Kai having writing credits for Roller Coaster. The next album they all have writing credits and Beomgyu had his first producing credits! They are very involved with the creation of their music. Bighit though is really strict when it comes to their music so it’s not just good enough that the members wrote something- it has to be better than the other producers/lyricist working on the project and fit with their storyline. Loser Lover was the first title song any of their lyrics made it so it was really exciting : )

I always love this duo together on interviews because I feel like they have so much respect for each other. They have another interview on SUGA’s drinking show (yeonjun gets DRUNK drunk) but they really explain their dynamic. They never really get into their trainee days in detail, but kai, taehyun, & soobin just recently did a live and revealed some stories and it’s actually traumatizing what they had to go through. Like soobin had to hardcore diet and once snuck in a meal and got in trouble, kai was yelled at by the older trainees and they made him like plank and stay like that, and during evaluations they kept telling taehyun things and then contradicting themselves the next time (they were saying things one month like “you are not main vocalist material idk why you think you are” and then the next time they were like “omg you’re so charming!”). I feel like their hardships are often so overlooked because everything thinks they got it made being bts’s Junior group.
