That was so good haha! There were definitely a lot of trainees that are now eliminated so it feels bittersweet, but the next few are gonna be super fun!

It hurts watching this after eliminations 😭 btw Peak Time also has some fun bts content if you ever feel like checking that out! It's on their official youtube - if you go to playlists it's the "Behind Time" playlist. Not all of them are subbed, but usually if it has an english title it has english subs. Their "Play Time" playlist also has some fun short challenge-style vids.

15:55 so basically what determines if you're a global trainee vs a Korean trainee is your nationality. The idea is "Korea" are the root of Kpop since that's where Kpop is born, but recently Kpop has become a global phenomenon that people from all over the world are coming in to Korea to become part of Kpop and by doing so, they're bringing in their own style/images/etc, so they're like the new influence in Kpop. (This was briefly explained in the intro of episode 1). At the end of the day, they're aiming to work in Korea as Kpop idols so if we were to say someone like Winnie or Keita should compete as a Korean because they are part of a kpop group, it doesn't really make sense because then that would mean like half of the global trainees should be considered Korean since a lot of the global trainees train and are under Korean companies. And if they were to do that, then the line between Global vs Korean wouldn't be as clear cut as MNET wants it to be. Overall, the whole global vs Korean is dumb and unnecessary since they are all competing to be in one Korean Group, but you know, MNET needed some sort of drama. Hopefully this made any since. BTW, I've been going through a BP drought so I'm now rewatching the episodes "with" you, lol.
