I'm rooting for (almost) all of them at this point, interested to see what happens with the 24:00 group! I also hope BLITZERS get to stay ,I do feel myself rooting for basically all groups I've seen in Edward Avila's videos lol

Seeing the preview for future episodes got me excited 🌝 I'll try to remember to vote every day as well, here's the website if anyone else wants to vote!

Oh, my BDC babies 😔 BDC were the second group, the trio. And yes, they were on Edward's channel, there are five videos with them. I'm glad they did just well enough, but I agree with the judges that they didn't seem to enjoy their time one bit, especially Seongjun and Junghwan (the ones that aren't the leader) barely managed to keep a smile on their face. I actually noticed that in the first episode already, I was watching them in reaction shots and the background and especially Seongjun looked so nervous, he seemed a bit out of it. 😅 Fuck their label for getting them in this situation in the first place, It's not like Brand New Music is a small company, but there was barely ever a time where they were properly promoted

A few more thoughts after watching the whole thing: I think my favorite overall perfomances were Mirotic (imo easily the best, I don't know what Kyuhyun was on at that moment 😅) and the two two-member teams. It's hard to pick someone to root for, because you really do want to root for everyone, but I'll keep supporting the groups I already liked coming in, mainly BAE173 and BDC. BAE173 is pronounced B-A-E-1-7-3, letters and numbers all separated, it also rhymes this way. ^^ I do think they got it in them to win this, I hope we'll get to see a girl group performance from them at some point, they're like the gold-standard for GG dance covers (their Peak Time teaser even was aespa's Savage). There were also five teams that were cut completely from the broadcast, they got eliminated like BTL and Kingdom, the performances are up on Youtube. Interestingly, the soloist that sang an Astro song also used to be a member of a group with other ex-members on another competing team. He used to be a member of TRCNG, and four of the five BXB members (the ones that performed Replay) are also ex-TRCNG. But he didn't get much screen time anyways, so we didn't get any reaction in that regard

moon jongup (the last performer) is from the group B.A.P! they have been one of my ults for the longest time and jongup is actually one of my ult biases so seeing the "downfall" of their careers has been really heart breaking to watch over the years :( especially since it was largely due to their old company mismanaging and mistreating them (not paying them, them having to live in really bad dorm conditions etc etc.). and sadly after leaving the company their solo careers haven't flourished much either. i really hope that this show would bring some attention back to them, they are all so incredibly talented

Gikwang is the main dancer of Beast/Highlight, but he's done quite a lot of acting as well! Upsetting to see Sihoon and Junghwan (exo cbx performance) here, I liked them a lot on Produce x 101 :( But it's so hard to keep up with the kpop scene nowadays. Actually there have been lots of theories that Sihoon was supposed to be the center of the pick me song that season, but for some reason it was changed last minute (the center is pretty much a confirmed debut on produce/planet). Both the duo's were so impressive vocally, I loved it. The first duo's performance totally made me fall in love with Nu'est's Hello all over again.. It was Miss A behind them in the shot from 2010. The guy in red, Garam, fully embodied Jaejoong right there. It was almost bizarre how good he sounded. Sunggyu just has taste for picking them so fast. And then ofc ofc my BIG bias and my BAP bias as solo's; I was living for Jongup's performance of a SVT bside. Brings me all the way back to 2013 when I was such a big kpop fan

OHHH B.A.P! amber told me in the discord but i forgot as i was recording this lol, I used to be OBSESSED with their song WAKE ME UP back when that came out. so excited to see more from him!! so sorry to hear the company did them dirty like that, i can relate to how you feel with everything going on with loona recently. 😟 i hope he does well, he seems SUUUPER talented!
