Jay's voice is actually so impressive, his personality seems great and I just love his energy. Super positive and uplifting and his performance may be one of the most memorable for me this episode - but I have a few faves from this episode, as you can see in the thumbnail 👀 Excited to the rest of the performances next week!

Seems like there's a lot of shady editing going on and I'm not surprised one bit 🌝 MNET really love to target chinese trainees, don't they? 🙄 Let me know your thoughts in the comments!

2023-04-25 00:09:49 Not our happy virus Matthew having an I-land-Jay moment where he tried out for every position and ended up not getting any of the positions he wanted🥺 (WELOVEUMATTHEW) Btw, looooved the G groups kill this love performance. I really enjoyed seeing more of a serious side of Matthew!! About the ''evil'' editing. I read somewhere that the chinese trainee was in another variety show in China and kinda had the same ''bad behavior''. But at the same time, we all know how mnet likes to edit their shows. Im conflicted what to ''believe'' but I feel like im just gonna stay neutral💙 I felt bad for Na Kamden tho because he actually got sad :( Jayjayjay, he really is an amazing singer. The groups performance itself was supergood but Jay really made it even better with his vocals and adlibs etc! Am I the only one who thinks he kinda look like Huening Bahiyyih??🧐 WTF I got so mad when mnet literally left us hanging with K groups Love me right performance. It was the performance I most excited about and I really wanted to see my love Sung Hanbin</3 OMg I cant even with myself. I Love everything about him. His personality, his laugh, his smile, singning, dancing etc etc etc (i need help) The way im simping for him, is the way Johan is simping for Jake😆💙 And YES Harutooo. Love his energy and he is so talented. And I totally agree with you that he is the same as the ''loud guy'' but not in an annoying kinda way? (he is not annoying but I hope you get my point). Like I’ve already questioned, isn't Mnet creating one single K-pop boy group? The final group is gonna be a mix of them...so...what exactly is the point Mnet is trying to make here? This whole system is also not fair for Group G. While Korean trainees can speak to each other in Korean, Group G trainees are all from different countries. Some can’t speak either Korean or English, making it even more difficult for them to memorize the lyrics, divide parts, and communicate in general. Mnet is so shady for doing this to them lmao.

Sorry for making everything related to The Boyz, BUT Seo Won reminds me of Q when he smiles. He puts on that cute dimple smile when he's dancing like it's SO cute. When I see a dimple, I instinctively think of Q. I can't help it. And definitely someone else too, but I don't know who. Anyways, I felt so bad for Na Kamden, but then I don’t want to put the blame on Krystian. He was the only one on the team who could speak both Chinese and English, so I bet the stress was on his shoulders too. So maybe he should've been the leader? They can't just assign someone as a leader and not talk to them. The way they left out Na Kamden was hurtful to watch. They should be more careful next time. Chinese trainees are already getting shits from people after this episode.

Jay was such a star this episode and continues to show his charms and we love that for him! His vocals might be my favorite in the whole competition! Also I have solidified my Top 8 as of this episode.

I don't think you need to worry about your voting impacting who makes it into the group atm. We're pretty much just voting so they make it through the first elimination, so just vote whoever you wanna vote for! 💙 (they mean korean skincare and make-up when they say k-beauty; he wasn't shading the g-trainees). The word game with Hanbin, Gyubin, Hui and Yedam was so freaking funny. Yedam probably never wants to hear imsil cheese again. Regardless of to what extent the Chinese trainee scene was evil edited, some Korean fans are already using it as another reason to demonise Chinese trainees, which is really worrisome. And the constant G vs K shit doesn't help either. I feel really bad for all the kids who just wanna perform. Both Very Nice's had goods and bads, in the end I thought they were somewhat evenly matched.. Though Yoo Seungeon was such a good vocalist; that high note was really refreshing, he completely Nako'd that! I like that Gunwook pushed Hwanhee to do Kill This Love, it's so much nicer to see than having the leftover trainees who are usually lower in the ranks do it and getting obliterated (which is what we usually see). He was also not cocky at all in a previous show he was in so I'm thinking there's some evil editing involved. Regardless, G-team still hit it out of the park (the lipstick on their cheeks bit lives in my mind rent-free) and right now it's my favourite performance.

Okay, I just wanted to say regarding Gun Wook, I think he was trying to keep that confidence up because the team spirit was generally low since they were the second to last group to be formed. In a dog eat dog world he was trying to keep his mental state in check otherwise the team and himself would crumble - considering he was the only all star not picked until the end, he did so good to not completely loose it :( I think he is a bit intimidating to all the others but like have you seen him?? I kept laughing at you trying to not get swayed by his performance hahaha He has been in my top 9 from the start, including Jay....god Jay is just....I have no words, his voice is my FAVOURITE on this show!! And Matthew, how can you not vote for Matthew he's such a charmer and changes completely when he performs!!

i have been seeing that jay clip from their "love me right" rehearsals all week, and finally got to it! LMR is my fave exo song and i am so happy that both teams will (probably) do it well, and i think this really puts jay in high ranks for me :) also the G-group team doing "kill this love" really deserved that win, i'm glad they got it! same as everyone else, though, i really hope that this K vs G thing ends soon. in gp999 it was K-vs-C-vs-J which didn't feel so intense/heavy to me, but having it as K-vs-everyone else has felt wrong to me since the beginning: just so disadvantageous to G team (not to mention that American/non-native Koreans are also considered not K group, like ??) hope they mix them ASAP!

honestly you make SO many good points, I need to be nicer to him lmao HE'S REALLY TALENTED and I need to remember they're all in a very stressful environment (especially the "leftover" teams) and we all handle the stress differently. honestly the way he took control of the situation and turned their performance into something really good which is AGAIN really impressive and shows a strong leader. ffs bye I'm gonna go vote for him again now 🙄
