Essentially, the new tiers are quite similar to the Full Moon tier - with the exception that you can request more than one video and longer videos - with the combined time of 12, 18 and 24 minutes respectively. 

The time is greatly increased if you want to request ONE longer episode of Variety content of your choice (check tier descriptions for more info). This way it is easier to request content like this, however the time cannot be split to fit multiple episodes. 

The reason for that is because reacting to one episode is very different from reacting to multiple ones - it has to do with how the episodes are edited.
