Something I appreciate about Subaru's characterization is how realistic it is. The way he reacts to certain things and the choices he decides to make can definitely be understood to some degree. Also sprinkling in some of his flaws. I love how despite the epic declaration to do things right at the end of last episode, he's still recovering from all that trauma. Leading to him still fck up and over doing it. He's being crushed under the pressure to make things right with Rem and Ram, to not trigger anyone's suspicion and to just make a good impression and make everyone happy. We definitely understand his mental and emotional turmoil. It's just a lil hard to watch. The voice acting of all the characters is phenomenal. Its impossible just how amazing everyone does. Most especially Subaru's VA. He kills it with the emotional outbursts.

Speaking of VA do you know that Emilia has the same VA as Megumin from Konosuba. She is a phenomenon VA
