Back from Break! + Update on Monthly Commissions (Patreon)

Hey guys, it's been a while. Hope you're all doing well, you know, what with WWIII, Australian wildfires, and the whole Coronavirus thing going on. So yeah, I just want to announce that I'm off break and that I'll be resuming activity starting today!

Anyways, you know what I said last month about making commissions more accessible? Well, I've decided to discontinue the whole monthly sketch commission tier system and just replace it with a monthly batch of sketch commissions instead. To be honest it was something that I was thinking about doing for a while, but I had to run it by the people who were in that tier first. I honestly feel like this way of doing things will be more fair to everyone, and I can be more consistent about doing commissions which I've never really been able to do.

Also, a change to the way I've been doing commissions. Originally I sort of did commissions first-come-first-serve style, but after hearing complaints about people from different time zones not being able to nab a spot, and seeing people nab a commission spot without coming up with an idea first, I've decided to do a system where I'll be taking commissions for a period of time (about a day) and choosing a set of commissions at random from that batch at the end of that day. That way, people can take their time to come up with their ideas and  everyone has a shot regardless of where they are. 

As for how many commissions I'll be taking for each batch, I'm gonna start off with 3 commissions and they'll be limited to sketch commissions for now, since that was similar to the 3 monthly sketch tier commissions that I was doing before. I'll also be alternating them between opening them on my patreon and on my twitter as well and I'll be doing them at the beginning of every month. I actually have a reason for that: since patreon isn't all that fond of me offering raffles as rewards (which I fear choosing commissions at random may be interpreted as), then I'll be alternating offsite as well so hopefully it won't get me suspended. I may also decide to do an additional set of commissions at the end of every month, but that really depends on how busy I am. In addition I may decide to add more slots per batch, and maybe add options for upgrades and all that, but for now, we'll see where it goes.

With that in mind, starting when this post is made, I'll be opening up three (3) commissions which I'll be closing one day from the date of this post. If you're interested, then please send me your commission ideas. Personally I'd prefer it if you make your commission as a comment to this post (since it'll be easier to manage), but in case you want your commission idea to be private, then you can message me as well. I'll be updating this post when I've chosen the commissions.
