Hey everyone,

ALRIGHT, so I know I put out a poll in the last post asking about feedback for an upcoming video. Thank you all for getting back to me on it - it really helps me gauge what you all are looking for for upcoming content.

With that being said, I've decided to change gears a bit and launch a new tester series (like Mysteries in Online Video Games) about the most disturbing lost media, called The Darkest Lost Media. This series, much like Disturbing Things, will feature five entries each, and we'll press through them in a similar fashion. I'm modeling the structure of this show to be very similar to Disturbing Things, just with an old-timey, late-night VHS feel, so it'll feel super familiar. If this is something you guys like, then it opens the door to a whole new world of potential lost media content that I (surprisingly) haven't touched on much.

The script for episode one is finally finished, and will be uploaded here in a subsequent post. To hold you guys over, here's what we're going to be covering:

The Darkest Lost Media [Vol. 1]

-The Devil; Hidden Within Them: In the 1980s, a Christian television show named Joy Junction was on the air. The show, while otherwise appearing like completely normal public access TV, has an ventriloquist actor named Ron who, in real life, has expressed desires for cannibalism, necrophilia, and was in possession of CP.

-Legacy of Tragedy: In 1928, a film released based on Noah's Ark. Toward the latter half of the film, the flood scene occurs. This scene resulted in the deaths of numerous people, and it's rumored that in the lost/cut film content, the deaths can be seen on screen.

-Get Out: In 2014, a film crew was out on some train tracks shooting a video biography about the Allman Brothers Band, named Midnight Rider. During filming, a train began approaching them, leaving them with less than a minute to escape. Seven were injured, and one, named Sarah Jones, was killed.

-The Incident at WXLT: In 1974, a WXLT news anchor named Christine Chubbuck took her own life on local television. The audio was discovered just a year ago, and in this segment, we'll be exploring her life story.

-Woman on the Table: In the 1980s, child actor-turned-musician Corey Feldman debuted a single named Something in Your Eyes on a show called Tonight at the Improv. Bizarrely, halfway through his performance, the camera cuts away to a random two second shot of a woman tied up to a pool table. No context is given as to why this was done, no conversation presently exists about this, and the source of the footage is unidentified to this day.

Let me know what you guys think! I'm super hyped to get production started on this.

Sounds very cool, a departure from the norm can do wonders. Especially for those in the arts. I have no doubt you’ll knock them out of the park. 💯
