I apparently keep on presenting a different piano sound to you every week: This one is my mum's old Blüthner. It actually belonged to her sister before and only made its way to the countryside outside of Berlin a couple of years ago, when my mum moved out of our flat in Berlin and left her piano there for me - I preferred hers and had a way stronger connection to it, as it was the first piano I've ever played on.

It's a very long improvisation today - I haven't forgotten that I still wanted to share the long one from Ireland, it just didn't feel right to squeeze it in-between the meditations yet, hmmm, but like this I at least give you a long uncut and not-thought-through-one now. I actually like how it evolves, it has different stages, almost like different seasons or weather states. Sometimes it reminds me of a summerstorm or a rainy autumn day, where the wind makes the leaves dance in swirls around you and you're dancing among them. Then the sounds has warm color again, like an orange brown, an amber or hazelnut tone. But the main melody is more like a watery, dripping dark blue maybe...

Sorry, getting lost in the shades of sounds. As I said - it has many layers to discover. I have listened to it a couple of times this afternoon - and I keep getting lost with it, it just carries me away every time. Hope it does the same to you :)

Now I gotta hop into the kitchen, there is a Curry waiting to be cooked for tonights dinner. Or more - there are some hungry people downstairs whom I promised Curry to this morning, haha.

After that I probably continue knitting the woolen blanket I started two days ago, lets see how much I can finish within the rest of the year... Wanted to do these kind of things for such a long time already - now is the time! And here is the perfect place for it :)

Have a lovely start into the last pre-christmas-week, all the best!

PS: And here we go again - we are back in the C scale! This time it's C minor though. Will be always the opposite of the last improvisation in the same key from 12 weeks ago. Wow, made it this far already - thank you for joining me on this journey!
