Sunday piano meditation - no. 5 (Patreon)

I recorded this mellow melody on one of the many, many Steinways of the MTU Cork School of Music where I studied last year from January til June - a wonderful time and the reason why I gladly come back here as often as I can.

I actually thought about sharing the longer process of how these notes found their way into my fingers. It's a 15 min recording of me fooling around before, playing some louder and more powerful bits (it's so nice to make this good amount of noise with these big instruments, it feels like you're falling right into the keys and their strings, as if the shiny wooden piano frame becomes your home for a couple of minutes. You can let everything out, let go of whatever has been in your mind and body, and transfer it to sound, resonance and vibration), then finally getting this melody in my head and starting to play it. If you want I can share it anyways, as a little (as little as 15 min can be ^^) behind the scenes insight :)

As you can guess already - we were in F major this time. For some reason F appears in a green tone to me, depending on the mood of the song either darker or lighter, but usually its some sort of green. Do you have these color connections too?
