As you already know, part of our 700 patron goal was to: "Add a Bust to our Monthly Release".

So ... here you have it! Our very first BTB Bust!

We made a more detailed version of Lysera, the Tiefling Druid in a 1:9 scale for those of you who want to take a break from minis and paint something bigger!

We also decided to include an extra anatomical version (just like other brands that make busts do), for those of you who want to make conversions (greenstuff / other products) or simply to practice skin tones with maximum detail.

The anatomical versions will be included in all releases regardless of whether the chosen bust is female, male or even if it is a non-human creature.

We hope you like the first of our busts and that you find the anatomical version interesting.

are you modeling these after someone you know? the face is always the same, as if there was someone who inspired this

BiteTheBullet

No, not really David ... Hmm, I guess it's a mix of using 3d printing proportions that help these models look good after printed in 35mm, stylized "BTB" style and obviously the fact that you can't add as much detail as if it were a realistic face based on a real person where everyone of us look different from each others. And also that when I sculpt a face trying to make it look attractive it's based in my own personal preferences and what I find appealing, and those ... are the same every time, of course :P When it comes to character and in this particular case, busts, as we're gonna release one each month and we're gonna include anatomical version we'll try to cover a wide variety of constitutions both male and female so you should expect a more noticeable difference between them.
