From Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated! The super good one that i still haven't watched all the way through.

I would put some kind of spoiler warning on this but at the same time it's been like, a decade or s/t since the show came out so i'm sure you'll live. Definitely didn't expect me drawing this guy anytime soon, but i've got no complains; i find him pretty cute.

I initially drew the coatless version first but kinda felt like the coat really is part of his design and kinda just said fuck it and did both of em.
