Idea for the $6/Patreon Commission tier (Patreon)

I've been informed and kinda see in general that notifications for Patreon stuff aren't the best, especially time sensitive stuff like commission openings. I'd seen a few pals of mine try something out to curb that or just as a general fun thing:  

A Discord server but specifically for @ing interested people and patrons of when there's a commission opening. Faster and more reliable notifications for when it actually does happen, taht way more of yall can actually get yer reward without worrying about Patreon's weird wishy washy nature with notifs.

Thoughts? Comments? Concerns?
