Surprise video! Yessss! If sellers are showing a pic of one game case and clearly using another does that fall under some kind of false advertising issue?

Cool stuff! Btw, your mentioning of sticker residue and stuff... I find Goo Gone to be kinda messy to work with, but find that basic lighter fluid does the trick (and it dries quickly after wiping it with a paper towel). I use lighter fluid to clean up all my used games/movies that I pick up!

I'll give it a shot! Never had a major issue with Goo Gone, I just give it a wipe down with a dry microfiber to get the 'oily' slickness off the case and after a few strokes it's fine. But if I can get it done faster and easier, I'm for it.

I'm sure if I wanted to be a prick about it I could - but I really wouldn't pursue any action unless the game was 1. More expensive and 2. It genuinely has more damage than what was disclosed.

Nice to see the late night expletive about super cheap eBay seller that say make an offer and don’t budge much. I added a PS TV to my collection under a similar scenario and just like you got fed up haggling for the item and then found a different auction where the seller was a lot more flexible.

Yup! That's why I don't bother falling in 'love' with a listing. Just move onto the next one if someone's gonna not even bother with negotiation. I actually forgot to mention, but the following day that seller sent an offer at $130. At that point I already accepted the other one at $120!

That could be a concern if the channel was large enough, I'd have to agree. Though for my size there's only a handful here in the first place.
