This was my first time watching it too. I loved this film. I was a little hesitant, because both Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach are a little hit and miss for me, but both are amazing filmmakers. It is just their style of writing with some films I’m either really drawn in or it is boring and can’t make it through the film. This was fun, entertaining, and had a lot of depth. I also tell both of their unique writing styles were in this film, and it actually complimented each other. This husband and wife writing duo should team up more often. Can’t wait for the next project they do together.

I, along with a lot of other Indian women friends, did not find this film that deep. It's the same ideas we've been hearing for 10 years and all this has been discussed to death. It wasn't revolutionary for us. It felt. Too simplistic and preachy by the end of it. Of course, we enjoyed the references and callbacks to pop culture and the film was fun. But nothing pathbreaking in our opinion. A couple of guys we know loved it probably because they're always late to the party and men often needs things to be explained that simply and visually for them to get it. Loved Achara's energy during the film though!
