I was charged twice in a one-month duration. I joined on 29th dec 2021 and charged 5 USD but the again after 2 days, on 1 Jan, 2022, I was charged 5 USD again. i send query for patreon.com and JABY KOAY team, BUT NO RESPONSE YET.. I am student, every buck counts.. Any one can explain how to resolve this.. JABY TEAM, pls reply

Bro, Patreon works this way only. Subscription is counted first of every month, not by the actual date of your subscription. It's a weird system, but that's how it works with every creator(not specific to Jaby). So next time you want to be a patron just sub in the early days of the month to get full value.
