What he is basically saying in the video or the gist of the lyrics is If you say my lady I can make the ground the sky adorn it with stars ( hence the confeti ... Meaning stars) He is basically trying to woo her by comparing blooming flowers in meadows and stuff like that , pls try and find the lyrics when you do song reactions .

@Jaby and @Achara:- Why aren't you guys asking someone to help out with the Subtitles? Assign a few guys for each Language of a said song and ask them to provide Subtitles. The ONLY reason I ask this is because you have missed some Very Beautiful Lyrics (this song being one of them).
