Thats the dumbest analysis I heard from Stephensonpino. He is not insecure if dhairya passes. He has fear or losing each other if anyone gets successful. The only way they could be together is by "both failing" and Before going for exam he does not want to keep any reason for himself to fail. It is not premature of him to call off the relationship now itself. It is important that he does it asap so that on long ride he (and she) are there without any doubts in their minds. Stephensonpino just used that female buzz word "insecure" really "prematurely". And it is total BS that she is making him successful. There are multiple people helping each other to climb up the ladder including guri, sandeep, sk, teachers, mentors, neighbors (already demonstrated through positive approach). Yes she is part of that group but she is also benefiting that. so giving her total credit is utter BS.

Both Achara and Jaby had good points. The people who study that hard are basically myopic at the point of time when they are going to take the exam, it's an either or situation. Driven is the word that Achara used which I liked. The people who are driven can't think of anything else rather than their goal. Granted, the moves made by Avislash are not mature but being on that side of the line, I can see where he is coming from.

Hey Guys , I am in USA for past 7years. The subs on this was good, but I can just do a recheck on those for you .. please help me connect with your subbers .. :-) They do a decent job of translating but are still not able to Americanize it enough , so there is some lost in translation.

So this exam is like Olympics finals or something. Sometimes athletes also do the same thing. They break up from relationship and or even marriage, as they have to go ALL IN on their dream.. Basically, make it big or lose it all.

Even if they both would have passed they wouldn't have been possible for them to stay togather if they are on a particular post. Both would have been in different states because of which it wouldn't have been possible for them to be in a relationship.

No offence but this would be much better without jaby. he is a bit slow or doesn't understand things(to get the real feel of it) as good as others. Also you should have done a bit of research about upsc and ias before starting the show.

Kristen is right. The whole conversation between Dhairya and Abhilash before their breakup was really stupid.

Everyone who had an umbrella had plan B except Abhilash and Sandeep who did not have any plan B(Umbrella also). They both failed the exam.

Abhilash had to break up because two IAS officers cannot be posted together so they would be apart afterwards and also even if one fails and one passes the one who is an ias officer would be posted mostly at some underdeveloped place where the other educated person wont find suitable job. So, eventually they would have been apart. The fear of losing her was too great to cope for him and made question his intentions. Thats why he broke up and lost her before giving the exam. The series is about aspirants and their hurdles. In any other case of life, Abhilash would have been wrong but for IAS it is too great to sacrifice for anything.

there was no way they could have ended up together if either one of them succeeded. The only way they could have ended up together was both failing. Abhilash was happy in the dream because he still had her. But he realized that this complacency will lead him to doubt his intentions on the day he appears for the exams. If he knows that he has a prize for losing (which is Dhairya) , then he will probably not have 100% conviction to win. He will not be able to give the exam and pass if he knows that passing will lead to eventually losing her. Even if both succeed there is not even 1% chance of them landing up together afterwards. IAS is a very very serious position and they will be posted in different areas. Its very difficult to maintain a relationship like that. So, to eliminate self doubt and the fear of losing her, he broke up/

This episode was slower than the first episode. And I agree to what Jabby said in the previous video, that there is a lot of spoon feeding of the messages. Like he said about the positive approach thing, here also in this episode they moved really slow and kept on saying plan B so many times that I just got tired of hearing it. And yeah! The break up conversation seemed pointless to me as well. It was too early for him to decide and the whole conversation was weird. P.s this episode really should have been shorter, too many slow motion shots and tooo much use of the phrase plan B. Ugghh!!

One thing which caught my mind while watching this episode was that how the director communicated smaller nuisances. In the last scene when the results came out, everyone except Sandeep and Abhilash had umbrellas. That's because all others had a plan b but not Abhilash and Sandeep.
