I'm sorry guys but i'm disappointed by this so it's gonna be long bear with me . Not your reaction i know it's genuine but by your comments on the video . You can't be more wrong than this . Before u guys scratch your head regarding what i'm pointing at ,let me put that out . As you guys(Not erin ruth, she got it) didn't get it ..i'll tell you the point . Dhanush is already a great dancer ,we (indians) already knew it but the reason why this song made so many million views is that the girl "sai pallavi" gave him run for his money in those moves . In the midst of reading the subtitles and the way that it's shot, you (jaby and achara) seriously overlooked her . I can understand that you might be familiar with only dhanush out of those two so you missed it .but jeez ..achara stating her dance as "girl , she's there too and good?? " is ridiculous . Just play the song again and this time look at her . you'll know what i'm talking . She's a professional dancer and by far the only heroine to outperform her male leads whenever she dances . Even Allu Arjun wished she could dance with her . And btw , i didn't even tell u the biggest thing you missed . Here it is , The song is chroreographed by PRABHU DEVA.

Poetu Dhanush, the lyricist for this song, is just Dhanush the actor. "Poetu" here literally just means "poet"; it's not part of his name. So Dhanush is not just singing and dancing to these words, he also wrote them. Not that the lyrics are particularly deep or complex, but they are fun.

Yes Dhanush is amazing 😊 But as much as I love him, Sai Pallavi totally steals the show here. If you didn't know, the choreography is by Prabhudeva. The set you mentioned is a real set, and there's a story behind it. Years ago Sai Pallavi was a contestant in a dance show where this set was used. She didn't win and she missed the chance of meeting Prabhudeva. But now she had the opportunity to dance to his song on that same old set... She tweeted about him, I'll tag you in the tweet :-) Rowdy Baby will be the most viewed Tamil song in about a couple of weeks, surpassing in just a month Why This Kolaveri Di which has been the most seen since late 2011... And it was also sung by Dhanush!! (from the movie 3, much recommended)

If you'd like to react to another song sung by Dhanush I'd recommend Oh Oh from Thanga Magan. It's a good song and the video has great aesthetic value. Of course there is also Why This Kolaveri Di, but the most viewed video is the studio recording version, and I don't think you'd find it that interesting. The film version is more fun. Maybe you could react to both versions in the same reaction. You should know the character is supposed to be drunk and heartbroken, and the lyrics are broken English with exaggerated Tamil accent on purpose ^_^

Poteu is not his name. The 'u' in 'Poetu' is added to 'Poet' to make it a tamil plus english word. So its 'Poet' Dhanush in a fun way.

Fun fact: Sai Pallavi became popular through a dance reality show called 'Ungalil Yaar Adutha Prabhu Deva'(Who is going to be the next Prabhu Deva). She then went on to do movies and has come a full circle with this song which is choreographed by Prabhu Deva himself.

haha.. people didnt get the reaction that they wanted. kinda funny but its okay. I guess you guys missed watching and commenting about her(sai pallavi) moves completely. she absolutely destroyed it. i didnt watch danush at all. and I watched this video like 10 times..

This is first time a women dominate a music video. Those views are because of the actress. Her amazing dancing ability. She dance way better then katrina kaif. This is a women dominate music video over a big actor. Watch her dance only. Don't watch dhanush. You will spell bound.

Everytime I see this video, I remind myself to watch Dhanush. But it never happens coz sai pallavi has my full attention. Every single time. So it was kinda funny (but totally okay) that you guys felt the opposite. At least the guest noticed Sai...so that's good.

I usually I agree with Achara but was very surprised here. I had the complete opposite effect. After the first few seconds I did not even notice Dhanush. Mind you I like Dhanush a lot and he is extremely charismatic. But Sai Pallavi completely overshadowed him here. Never seen her like this before and she was fantastic. She completely went against type and ruled. She is probably the best dancer currently. People who have seen her movies already know that she is a good actress but her dancing came as a complete shock!!

I agree with all the comments here..sai pallavi was awesome here😍. Like others have said it cud be that you are familiar with Danush so your eyes were drawn to him and he is good too..but my eyes were drawn to sai pallavi's dance and her expression...for me ' Danush was also there' 😜
