This is a disappointing choice to pick this remake over the Telugu original Okkadu made just 1 year before. I'm not against seeing both to compare but I doubt this is what you're going for... I like Vijay more than Mahesh but Okkadu has better script and action execution, the scenes with the family dynamics are more subtle, and the beautiful Charminar background (famous building in Hyderabad) is unique to the Telugu one. Please consider watching it, with Jaby as it's one of Mahesh's best movies and performances.
