6 years ago i was comtemplating suicide after suffering depression for about 10 years, the only thing that stopped me was how it would effect my mum, both my parents died within last 2 years and when my mother passed it hit me on so many levels. i would not say im fine now but those years since then have shown me yes there are good days and bad days but in the end its just not worth going down that path, tomorrow is another day u never know what will happen, u never get over the depression my every so often those nice days come along and it makes it worth while
