Happy New Year everyone! Here is the first newsletter of 2024, and I hope you're ready to enjoy a new year of mutually destructive sexfights with me! But I can't waste time, I have over a month of news to get through.

• Like I promised last month there was an emphasis on Gwens 10, so there are four new chapters to talk about.
  ⁂⁜⁂
• First is Camp Fear, which is the first appearance of Wildvine. After the grand unlocking of Cannonbolt Wildvine's debut feels a bit mundane in comparison, and an alien with plant abilities feels like it could've been an obvious addition to the original ten. It's no wonder the reboot was able to put Wildvine in its original ten without a care. Even then, it's nice to have Wildvine on board.

• After that is Ultimate Weapon, which was a hard episode to work with. It's an episode mostly focused on Grandpa Max and doesn't show off the most obvious opportunities for the Gwens to come into conflict. The episode ended up a bit differently than I would've expected, but I think it turned out fine.

• Next is Tough Luck, and it has a bit of a similar problem to the previous episode. Here we have the return of Lucky Boy, and an episode that focuses on him. It was easier than last episode though, since this was a more action-oriented episode.

• Finally we have They Lurk Below, which is one of the last few episodes with prominent Ripjaws action. There haven't been many votes on the recent poll but it does seem like some of you like the Gwens' version of Ripjaws, and this is going to be the last you'll see of them for a while. (Okay, that is partially a lie. The last two episodes are a bit of a special case though so it's odd to count them. In all other respects this is the last time there's a major Ripjaws focus.) So I hope you enjoy!

• With the fifth part of the 100 Sexfights between Girlfriends that Really Really Really Really Really Love You the series is going to be on hiatus until the anime continues. Fortunately the anime's second season has already been announced, and considering that it was planned beforehand it could come out rather soon.

• Battle for All Time is the sequel to Battle Across Time that was one of the voted options in the previous polls. When the year started I thought it'd be rather fitting to have the first work be a story about the passage of time, but I didn't realize how long it'd take to write. I intended to add more paradoxes than before, and it turns out those take some time to write out. At the very least it looks like the new year is going to be great.

• Going into the new year, I want to focus on many of the shorter Patreon exclusive series before continuing with Gwens 10. I want to continue JoJo's Bizarre Sexfight and make more Slime Studies stories, and I already have ideas for the next entry in The Girls That Must Share Everything. Of course I'm going to finish this season of Gwens 10 first, but look forward to those series soon.

• I've been getting into quite a few magical girl anime recently. Lyrical Nanoha, Symphogear, the recent Gushing Over Magical Girls, maybe I'll do another magical girl adjacent story sometime.
