Madeline wanted a child. She wanted a family..and finally..it was within her reach. You realised this..but what she didn't realise was that you didn't want any of this. The months dragged on, and each month she spent less and less time working on her daughter, which made her more agitated and aggressive, sometimes she'd even lash out at you due to this slowly building aggravation. She'd begin to spend her time outside the bunker more away from you which..felt relieving in a way. 

Eventually the ninth month came which was supposed to be the baby's "due date". This realisation angered her greatly as she began to realise all you were doing was trying to stall her. She questioned..was there even any love? Did they just..fear me? Did they even want..our child?
