I will give you 2 plans (The one I do on daily basis and the one time work~out session just for fun to worship this cutie on image)

  • One time session to earn cummy here:

30 Squats and after that edge for his thighs...

30 sec plank and after that edge for his navel...

30 push~ups then edge for his boobies...

After all of this you can cum for his favorite part!

  • My daily session if you want to stay nice and healthy!

5~15 min of jogging outdoors

50 Squats! 50 Push~ups! 1 min plank!

10~30 min yoga focusing mostly on back!

Meditation for around 10~30 min!

I know it can be a lot for some people that are not used to doing sport so take it slowly... you can always divide these exercies on different days of the week if you're having problems... remember! my daily work is office job and then after work I mostly sit in front of computer to do hobbies like making videos here or other thingies so please if you have for example physical job you can remove jogging and work~out (or divide them on other days of a week) and leave only yoga/meditation! it is important to at least do something no matter if you will do even fraction of my session!
