I wouldn't say Catra and Scorpia have a friendship, exactly. Scorpia absolutely would, of course — she's determined to be lifelong, intimate besties with Catra no matter what — but Catra's just looking for a loyal and capable lieutenant, nothing more.

Also, I feel for Glimmer. She and Catra are so alike in many ways, but Catra has the luxury of not being bound to any standard of ethics, and knows just how to rub it in Glimmer's face. Honestly, Catra's earned that punch in the end. And speaking of ethics, Entrapta needs to infuse some into her research before she rips a hole in the fabric of space and time just to see what would happen. Or, you know, finds out the stuff she's been making was killing people, and goes off to live in the steam tunnels...

Yes, the magical-girl transformation sequences can get repetitive, but also yes, skipping them is still SACRILEGE! and BLASPHEMY!

Heh, those transformation sequences do get a bit tedious after you've seen it a couple of times. Luckily they don't overdo it, and start shortening it or skipping more and more as you get further into the series.

Sorry about your ear. I hope the doctor can find out what's wrong and fix it. Also, Entrapta really is the definition of chaotic neutral. I feel like she's not really thinking about whether she's working for the good guys or the bad guys. For her, it's all about her research into unlocking the potential of the First One's tech. But yeah, I agree, love what she does, hate who she's doing it for.
