As frustrating as it can be, I love the show's decision not to provide translations for the signing, especially since they show so many people in the show who do sign, and don't make a big deal about it. I heard that the showrunners wanted to show the non-signing audience what it can be like to not understand what is being said around you, and needing to pick up that info from context clues or the replies of others. True or not, I love it.
