[Reward Tier UR] 2023/07 Old Card Survey and Nomination (Patreon)

Dear all Reward Tier Members.

I still have 3 cards to need to make for the reward for May and June
Dorothy (NIKKE), Hood (Azur Lane), and Yamato (Kantai Collection). I will make them first and then keep working on the rest of characters on the schedule. 

Also, I decide to make a change to Fan's Poll with pools taking turns next month. I will make a post in the future days for the change. We still use the old rule this month.
